Steve Atkinson

Steve Atkinson is Of Counsel for the law firm of Arent Fox LLP in San Francisco specializing in the Land Use field. He has practiced law in San Francisco since 1985 with several other national and international law firms before joining Arent Fox in 2015.

Prior to moving to San Francisco, Steve worked in Washington D.C. for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Federal Trade Commission. He received his J.D from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from James Madison College at Michigan State University.

He has served on the Bridge School Board since 1996, and before that he worked as a volunteer assisting the School to locate and develop its permanent campus.

Steve and his wife reside in Alameda, California and have three adult daughters.
