Ocean Conservation through Education Action and Networking

The OCEAN project uses the resources of an international group of aquariums, museums, conservation organizations and zoos to provide instructional materials about the world's oceans and each individual's impact in conservation. This group includes scientific papers as well as interactive materials for younger students.

The Bridge kids have been studying the OCEAN and having so much fun. We have painted with salt water, went exploring "under" and "over" the sea, sang about a slippery fish, and learned about sea creatures. Take a look at our Students in Action page for more.

 AAC by the Bay Conference: Bridging Research, Best Practice and Families
September 27 - 29, 2007
The focus of the biennial conference will be literacy, assessment and the impact of visual impairments on the education of users of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). You won't want to miss the opportunity to hear invited speakers including Dr. Beth Foley, Deborah Tierney Kreuzer, Linda Burkhart, Dr. Karen Erickson and Bob Williams at this dynamic event.
 The Bridge Collection
Over 125 songs from the Bridge School Benefit concerts are now available on iTunes. Through the generosity of the artists and Apple over 90% of the proceeds from these two collections will benefit The Bridge School for the first 6 months of sales.
