Gail VanTatenhove talks a lot about using popular song lyrics as reading texts. She is especially partial to the music of the Beatles. The language in a song can be used to practice reading across a variety of activities.
What’s New at Bridge?
Dan Paulin – Ace Reporter
Dan Paulin has accomplished another scoop. As some of you may know a couple of years ago Danny interviewed rocker Dave Matthews during the Bridge School benefit Concert. (WMV, 4.7MB) A couple of weeks ago, he accomplished another journalistic feat by interviewing rock legend, Paul McCartney. After the interview, Dan’s mother asked him questions to help write the story. Click here to read the interview.
