Application Submission Process

Prior to submitting an application, it is critical to determine that a prospective applicant is an eligible Bridge School candidate.

A completed application includes the following:

1. A completed Application Form along with relevant educational and medical records.
2. VHS or digital video recording (DV tape, CD, or DVD) with examples of the prospective student that demonstrates how the child interacts and communicates with others.
