 In April, the Transition team presented, "Bridge School Portfolios: Supporting Transitions Across Educational Settings for Students Using
AAC," to a very enthusiastic audience of special educators and administrators
at the 2006 Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) Convention in Salt Lake
City, Utah.
The presentation described how Bridge School student portfolios are used to
compile alternative assessment data and foster the successful transition of
students who use AAC across elementary and secondary educational settings. The presentation is available below in PDF format.
