Facilitating educational participation and success is core to the development of an individualized educational plan for each of our students. Goals are developed for each student, looking towards our target of transitioning students who are competent using augmentative/alternative communication systems and strategies; have clearly defined participation strategies for inclusion in the general education curriculum and classroom activities; and have access to instructional materials and instructional software through assistive technology applications. Specific areas of academic growth and development are also targeted based on individual areas of needs.
