The Bridge School is a place where people are creative, collaborative and experimental in finding ways to overcome challenges and barriers to communication and independence. We believe that providing opportunities for personal, social and educational development to all children contributes to self-confidence and self-esteem.

The programs of the Bridge School give individuals opportunities to develop to their greatest positive potential through: communication, recreation, academics, community involvement, self-reliance, independence, and life-long learning.

We maintain a high level of organizational effectiveness by nurturing interdisciplinary teamwork, inclusive decision making and by reinforcing the values of communication, cooperation and mutual respect among and between the board, staff, families and the community.

To accomplish the important work of the Bridge School, we recruit, train, and retain the highest quality staff, board, consultants, and volunteers. The Bridge School develops and maintains programs that nurture and sustain a positive working environment through communication, cooperation, teamwork, recognition, and professional development.
